Charity Strong joined D&W Painting in January 2015 and currently serves as the Executive Assistant. She has been happily married for twenty-five years and has three wonderful children, along with two sons-in-law and a daughter-in-law. Charity values her family and spiritual life deeply, and her family loves spending time together camping and enjoying the outdoors whenever possible.

Since joining the company, Charity has been instrumental in shaping D&W Painting’s company culture and is a respected leader within the team. She considers D&W Painting her extended family and has greatly enjoyed working with the company over the years, looking forward to many more to come.
