Duke Williams started painting with his father, Hershal, back in the 1970’s - painting new residential homes in the greater Austin Texas area. Duke went on to start D&W Painting in 1989. Building the company from the ground up, he turned it into one of the premiere new home painting companies; offering painting services to home builders in the greater Austin Texas area. Over the years, the business has moved their focus from residential painting to now serving the commercial and multifamily painting needs of general contractors, developers, builders, property managers, and business owners statewide.

Duke’s son, Luke Williams, took over as President in 2022 after working in the business for more than a decade. Luke first started as a painter in the field - sweeping floors and sanding baseboards gradually working his way up to Forman, Superintendent, then Project Manager – spending years in each role and learning each aspect of the business. Now as President and Owner, Luke is committed to carrying on his father’s legacy and building on the company’s strong reputation. He is dedicated to fostering long lasting relationships with clients, partners and team members while upholding the company’s core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Quality, Relationships and Leadership. With these values at the forefront, Luke strives to make D&W Painting the #1 commercial and multifamily painting contractor in the country.
