Past Projects
Moxy Hotel
The Moxy Hotel is a five-story, 162-room hotel located at the intersection of 26th and Guadalupe. The structure consists of two levels of below-grade parking (soil retention and cast-in-place concrete) and five levels of above-grade hotel rooms (cast-in-place podium with cold-form metal structure). The exterior of the building is a combination of metal panels and brick with punched openings and a TPO roof. Additionally, there is a 470 SF Stevie Ray Vaughn custom perforated panel on the South Side of the building that is backlit during the evening. The room options include queen beds with a walk-in shower and restroom amenities. Other features include a commercial kitchen, a lobby bar, and an open-air courtyard, all on the first floor of the building.

The Loren Hotel
The Loren is an 8-story hotel near downtown Austin, Texas. The 108-room hotel includes 25 additional condo units, 2 penthouses, 8,000 square feet of restaurant and event space, and 8,500 square feet of retail space. There will also be a luxury spa, gym, swimming pool, and retail offerings. The hotel will give guests the opportunity to participate in outdoor activities with an entrance to Lady Bird Lake.

XSpace Austin
With the slogan “Make it your space”, XSpace Austin offers commercial condominium units with the flexibility to function as an office, light production, hobby rooms, business, vehicular, or personal storage. All 114 units on three floors have drive-up access and 17 feet of clear height. Units, ranging from 300 to 3000 square feet, are fully customizable to fit the unique needs and style of the individual owner, with the option for a mezzanine to increase the usable floor area.

The Hacienda Senior Living Facility
A 230-residence, resort-style community at the south entrance to the 15,000 rooftop Sun City Georgetown, The Hacienda at Georgetown opened its doors to independent living residents in February 2023. Assisted living and memory care was also opened in April 2023.

YETI Headquarters
Gensler, the firm selected to create the office space, was challenged to honor YETI’s culture and brand and to avoid anything pretentious. That included honoring the 100-year-old history of the founders’ Texas Hill Country ranching family.
​
Gensler’s design team crafted a work home as earthy and real as YETI. With plain honest materials and natural outdoor hues, the campus includes a fire pit, an outdoor band stage / workplace, a brew house, and nothing that feels “corporate.” Hand-tooled leather, raw steel, recycled inner tubes, and worn denim materials help evoke the brand lifestyle throughout the interiors rather than echoing typical corporate headquarters.

Hellas Construction Headquarters
Hellas Construction can call Cedar Park’s Presidio development their new home, thanks to American Constructors. With nearly 35,000 square feet of meeting, wellness, and outdoor space, the headquarters is a critical milestone as the company expands nationwide.
​
With 2,500 sports facility projects and a rapidly-growing footprint, Hellas has served more than 5 million students and dozens of major and minor league sports teams since the company’s founding in 2003. The new, three-story corporate headquarters includes office space, wellness areas, lab space, conference rooms, and an outdoor gathering space.

Cambria Hotel
RO recently completed the Cambria Hotel on Rainey Street,a 260,000 SF, 15-story building in the heart of the walkable Rainey Street Historic District. The hotel features 240 upscale guest rooms with a locally inspired contemporary design. In addition to a guest amenity deck, fitness center, and pool, the top level of the building is home to a rooftop bar and lounge with views of downtown Austin.
