​The Loren is an 8-story hotel near downtown Austin, Texas. The 108-room hotel includes 25 additional condo units, 2 penthouses, 8,000 square feet of restaurant and event space, and 8,500 square feet of retail space. There will also be a luxury spa, gym, swimming pool, and retail offerings. The hotel will give guests the opportunity to participate in outdoor activities with an entrance to Lady Bird Lake.
